The Iris Project provides grant funding, peer-to-peer mentorship, and bespoke capacity building to young people working to deliver locally-led, nature-focused solutions to the climate crisis. Join if you support the principle of protecting and restoring nature and the rights of those working to defend it.

• Requirements: You are under 35, university degree in the humanities, social or natural sciences
• Reward: Stipend of EUR 10,000 and covered travel expenses

The fellowship includes living accommodations for five to six months in the garden cottage of Einstein’s own summerhouse. At the end of the fellowship period, the fellow will be expected to present his or her project in a public lecture at the Einstein Forum and at the Wittenstein Foundation. Applications for 2025 should include a CV, a two-page project proposal, and two letters of recommendation.
