There are always times when, as a student, you’re overloaded with exams, assignments, and projects. Or maybe you’re working through your studies and then don’t have enough time to prepare food and snacks. So, what happens? You eat more chips and chocolate. By the end of the semester, you may wonder why you feel tired or notice that you have gained fat.

But what if I told you that you can stop eating unhealthy snacks and easily make quick, tasty, and healthy ones instead? If you are worried about health or just love trying new tastes, this article is for you!

  1. Yogurt
    Yogurt is full of calcium and helps you feel full for a long time. Add some banana slices, strawberries, mango, blueberries, or whatever you like, and a little honey on top. It’s a quick and delicious snack.
  2. Chia Seed with Milk
    Chia seeds are full of fiber and perfect for a diet-friendly snack. Mix them with milk (or almond milk as a vegan option), add some fresh fruit, and now you have a healthy dessert.
  3. Avocado & Egg Toast
    Toast a slice of bread, slice some avocado, and put a boiled egg. This snack is not only tasty but also great for breakfast.
  4. Carrots with Cream Cheese
    Carrots are a delicious alone, now imagine pairing them with cream cheese or cottage cheese for a new and tasty snack.
  5. Apple with Peanut Butter
    Looking for something sweet? Slice up an apple and spread a little peanut butter on each slice. You can even add honey, if you like. It’s interesting and keeps you full for hours.
  6. Frozen Banana Bites
    Freeze banana slices for about an hour, then put some melted dark chocolate on them and add nuts. It’s like ice cream, only healthier!

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated. Even during your busy days, these quick snacks can keep your energy up and your mind fresh. Try removing sugar and unhealthy fats from your snacks, then you will see how much fresher you will.
