Cheese crackers at home
This is a quick and easy recipe for cheese crackers at home. I recently tried this, and it was really good. I personally use vegan cheese so both are okay for this!
What you need:
300g of cheese
250g of sour cream
8 dl of flour
½ tsp of baking powder
2 tbls of sugar
1 tsp of salt
Mix everything together and knead the dough. Roll out some of the dough. Take an egg and beat it open and spread some on the rolled-out dough. Cut to squares and bake in 200 degrees Celsius until cheese is melted and it is a bit golden brown.
