Today’s recipe is unique; it’s coming from France. France is well-known for its high quality and delicious pastries and baking. I’m sure that you have at least once in your life heard of “Croissant” and “French Baguette”.Anyway, this recipe is not one of the healthy recipes that I usually give you, but it’s one of the best. In this cold weather, we all deserve some treats and sweets with a cup of hot chocolate or a coffee or whatever. Those are the ingredients and how you can make it.
Ingredients: 500ml milk 225g flour Three eggs Three big spoons of sugar Three big spoons of melted butter Pinch of salt Pinch of vanilla
This is how you can make it:
Step1: In a bowl, mix the three eggs, the milk, and the sugar using a blender.
Step2: Add the pinch of salt and the pinch of vanilla.
Step3: Add the flour little by little after sifting it and mix.
Step4: Add the melted butter and mix.
Step5: Let the mix rest for 10 minutes, and then you can start cooking the crêpes
Tips: Use a flat pan for cooking the crêpe Don’t pour large quantities in the pan. Let the crêpe cook for one minute on each side.
