“Tavrida” Art Festival
Tavrida Art Cluster uniting on one territory a forum of young cultural and art workers, an art park and an educational center, and much more. Festival held in Crimea since 2015. Every year about 92 thousand spectators visit this festival, more than 5000 participants more than 10 art stages.
Under the guidance of experienced mentors, young people create projects and joint collaborations in all spheres of art and culture from architecture, cinema, fashion industry, robotics, etc. There is also a big pomegranate competition for the development of your project.
Educational forums and special venues are held in the open air at this festival. You can take a walk around Art Park (an area filled with installations and art objects created by young architects, independent artists, students of specialized universities, sculptors, and creative designers of the urban environment). The education cluster consists of TED talks, workshops, creative sessions, etc.
Among the experts are invited representatives of music labels, culture and art experts, successful business entrepreneurs, freshmen in the art environment, foreign speakers. This is who was invited as a speaker to the theatre’s creative anti-school: Brian Mulligan, American actor, director and coach (worked with Kate Hudson, Almost Famous, Deepwater Horizon), Zooey Deschanel, New Girl, Brooklyn 9-9, “500 Days of Summer” and Simon Helberg “The Big Bang Theory”) etc.
Tavrida has its own symbols – a ship with Scarlet Sails (a symbol of hope and dreams). A man sitting on the embankment and looking into the distance at the sea (a symbol of inspiration, reflections on future great achievements and projects).
Week-long «Tavrida» festival by the sea ends with a grand show and fireworks.
