
Buns
5 dl milk or water
50 g yeast
1 rkl sugar
½ rkl salt
12 dl flour
½ dl cooking oil
1.Melt the yeast in lukewarm milk or water. Add sugar and salt
2. Mix in flour. Near the end of kneading the dough start adding in oil and flour in turns. The dough should start to come of the bowl and tools you are using. Not all flour is necessarily needed
3.Let it rise in a bowl for about 30 minutes
4. Make the dough into buns
5.Let them rise again for 15 minutes on the oven tray
Cook in 225 degrees for 15 minutes
There should be about 20 buns depending on the size you are making.
