  1. Embrace nutritious basics.

Eat a balanced diet and don’t skip meals. it’s very important that you have a solid breakfast with plenty of protein and fat. So, you’ll have the energy to keep going.

  1. Drink water

Drink water regularly especially when you start your morning. If you don’t want to drink water all the time, you could try fresh lemon with water or mix the semi-hot water with honey. It will help to boost your immune system and make you feel fresh.

  1. Daily vitamins

Since we are in the winter season it important to take vitamins such as vitamin C, vitamin D and vitamin E. It will help to give your immune system a big boost and reduce the risk of getting cold or getting ill. So, go ahead and take your supplements daily!

  1. Be physically active

Working out is a great way to reduce stress and laziness. it helps you to clear your mind and makes you feel good. Also, doing 20-30 min morning exercise gives you more energy throughout the day and it saves you from procrastinating.

  1. Get sufficient sleep

Getting enough sleep is an integral part of staying healthy. If you have a long day try to take a nap in the middle of the day to boost your energy level. Usually, lack of sleep doesn’t only make you cranky, but it can also reduce your ability to concentrate and to excel at class. So, try to get as much sleep as you need.

As a student’s we tent to stress and overwhelm ourselves with studies, social life or just life itself. But by meditating, we will have better focus, an inner calm, and a peaceful mind. Also, you will feel more appreciative and attentive to everything in life. Good timing to meditate is usually before you start your day or at night before you go to bed. So, try to meditate.

  1. Be kind to you self

Take the time to reflect and be mindful of your need for self-care. It’s very crucial that you don’t bash yourself and know that you will make mistakes and things will not always be wonderful. Also, most people do not expect you to be perfect so remind yourself every time that you are not perfect and that’s OK. Just try your best and reward yourself often.

  1. Stress less

Don’t let stress get the best of you. If you’re feeling stressed out, make sure to take a break and set aside time to relax. Do something that you love and you enjoy, to clear your mind. Also, concentrate on making yourself happy first, build your confidence and set yourself a goal to keep you going. In this way you will cut out a lot of stress and hassle from your life.

  1. Be yourself & Connect with others

Be true to who you are! it’s important that you don’t pretend someone that you’re not, that you don’t compare yourself to others and that you know that everybody is unique on their own. Also, invest in relationships that provides encouragement, accountability and healthy.

  1. Don’t be afraid to ask for help

If you are feeling confused, in a crisis or overwhelmed with studies or anything else. it’s Okay to ask for help from your counselor, peers or teachers. You shouldn’t be ashamed of, it simply means that you are improving yourself.
